1. Up to $50,000 No-Doc criteria (excludes Sole Traders):
ABN: 3 years in current business
director/partner with $100,000 property equity
clear credit history
acceptable asset and industry
2. Up to $35,000 (all business entities):
ABN: 2 years in current business
director/partner/owner with greater than $50k property equity (sole trader greater than $100k)
clear credit history
acceptable asset and industry
3. Less than $10,000 No-Doc criteria (all business entities):
ABN: 2 years in business
no property equity required
clear credit history
acceptable asset and industry
* Any Company, Partnership or Sole Trader in business (subject to clear credit history and acceptable assets and industry), greater than 2 years qualifies for up to $10,000 finance and property is not required.
